This Privacy Policy explains what CheckMyRaise collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. It applies to this website only.

Calculator inputs stay in your browser

Salary and pay values you enter into any calculator are processed entirely in your browser. They are never submitted to our server, stored in a database, or shared with anyone. Share links keep values after the # symbol in the URL, which your browser does not send to the server.

Information you send us

If you use our contact form, we collect the name, email address, and message you provide, solely to read and respond to your enquiry. These messages are stored in our website’s administration area and are not sold or shared. If you email us directly, we receive whatever you send.

Server logs

Like most websites, our host keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type, and requested pages) for security, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting. This is a normal part of operating a web server.

Cookies and advertising

The calculators themselves set no cookies. This site is supported by advertising and uses third-party vendors, including Google, to serve ads.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 (via the Google Site Kit plugin) to understand which pages are useful and how the calculators are used in aggregate. Google Analytics sets cookies and processes standard usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and referrer. We use this only to improve the site.

We do not send the salary, wage, deduction, inflation or job-offer values you type — or any share-link contents — to analytics. Those values stay in your browser. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on, and control cookies in your browser settings.

Children’s privacy

This site is intended for a general, adult audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, opt out of personalized ads using the links above, and contact us to ask what contact-form data we hold about you or to request its deletion.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
